BOSTON, MA – JMC Capital Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Sebastien Das as Financial Analyst. Prior to joining JMC, Sebastien was a financial analysis intern at AGC Partners and Aon Hewitt. He also held analytics and sales internship roles at Goji, Congress Asset Management, and Northwestern Mutual.
At AGC Partners, Sebastien performed sell-side due diligence for middle market technology companies. He identified key deal issues, financial modeling factors, market trends, as well as assisted with modeling and valuations. At Aon Hewitt, Sebastien worked in the Radford compensation consulting division. In addition to analyzing market trends, he performed comparable company analyses and helped recommend executive compensation programs for large pharmaceutical and technology firms.
At JMC, Sebastien will focus on financial modeling and other due diligence tasks in the Transactions Team. He will also collaborate with the Platform Operations Team, as well as management at Platform Companies, to assist with oversight.
Sebastien holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Finance at Boston College.
