Coral Springs, FL – November 29, 2016. UNIPOWER is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Hoiles. As UNIPOWER’s President, Mr. Hoiles’ will use his extensive knowledge and experience of creating and implementing growth strategies to drive the company to the next level.
Prior to UNIPOWER, Mr. Hoiles held the position of Chief Executive Officer at GTI Power Acquisitions LLC, the company formed by the combination of Grand Transformers and Warner Power. He was responsible for integrating the two businesses to drive growth and capture synergies.

Mr. Hoiles has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
