BOSTON, MA – JMC Capital Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Greg Baletsa as Operating Partner.
Prior to joining JMC, Greg served in an executive operating capacity at technology and manufacturing businesses. Most recently, Greg served as the CEO of COMARK. Prior to Comark, He held roles as the President of the Azonix Corporation and Corporate Group VP General Manager at GSI Group.
In addition to his operating background, Greg also worked for Stata Venture Partners, a Boston based Private Venture Capital Fund. Greg has served on numerous Boards and worked closely with management teams and entrepreneurs to develop successful strategies for growth.
He brings strategic and operational leadership along with a remarkable background and training in Toyota Lean Manufacturing. His experience extends across a broad range of industries including Medical and Consumer Electronics, Process and Factory Automation, and products manufactured for Military.
At JMC, Greg will head up the Portfolio Operations Team. The team assists portfolio management teams in achieving operational excellence, growth and profitability. Greg will also work closely with portfolio company leadership to develop human capital and the integration of add-on acquisitions.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Control, Theory, and Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, a Master of Science in Engineering Design from Tufts University, and an MBA in Finance and Organizational Behavior from Northeastern University.
