“RiverGuide” Profile
We often align with an experienced deal executive (C-level Executive or market sector expert) or “RiverGuide” searching for a partnership with a private equity firm to help execute our acquisition build-up strategy, and ultimately guide a business to a successful exit.
Qualifications include
Former President, CEO or divisional manager with P/L responsibility for a $100mm industrial products or technology business
Deep knowledge base and network in industrial market segment with potential for consolidation
Open to partnership with JMC for 3-6 months to identify and acquire an attractive platform business, and set strategy for multi-year acquisition build-up
