Curtis Robb, CFO of IRX Therapeutics, INC.
Curtis Robb is currently CFO of IRX Therapeutics, Inc., a New York-based clinical stage bio-pharmaceutical company focused on immunotherapy drugs for treating head & neck cancer.  He joined IRX in 2013 as SVP of Finance and negotiated a drug development partnership with Celgene Corporation.  Mr. Robb was named CFO of IRX in May 2014.

Previously, Mr. Robb was VP of Business Development at Crane Co. (NYSE:CR), a diversified industrial manufacturer based in Stamford, Connecticut.  Reporting directly to Crane’s CEO, he negotiated and completed acquisitions and divestitures in four countries in industries ranging from defense electronics to composite plastics.

Prior to joining Crane Co. (NYSE:CR), Mr. Robb had over 25 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions.  His areas of expertise include Aerospace & Defense, Fluid Handling, Merchandising, and other manufacturing fields.    Mr. Robb began his career in finance in 1980 at J.P. Morgan & Co., where he spent 15 years in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance.  As a Managing Director, he headed the Transportation Group in the Financial Advisory Department, and was then a Senior Corporate Officer responsible for many of J.P. Morgan’s aerospace and airline clients.

Mr. Robb joined CCF Charterhouse (later HSBC Securities) in 1995, continuing his work in cross-border M&A assignments.  He later founded Robb Associates as an independent financial advisory firm focusing on Private Equity firms who invest in manufacturing companies, particularly in the aerospace sector.

Doug Spitler, CEO of Superior Fibers LLC
Doug Spitler is CEO of Superior Fibers LLC, a manufacturer of engineered fiberglass for global specialty filtration and composites markets.  He has held this position with Superior, a private equity-owned firm, since 2011.

Previously, Mr. Spitler was a group president with Crane Co. (NYSE:CR) leading their Controls Group and Electronics Group.  During his five years at Crane Co. (NYSE:CR), business units grew by 12% annually, operating profit grew at 41% annually and sales per employee increased by 56%.  While at Crane Co. (NYSE: CR), he served on the board of directors of Industrial Motion Control, a joint venture with Emerson.

Before joining Crane Co. (NYSE:CR), Mr. Spitler was CEO of Connector Service Corporation, a contract manufacturer of precision electronic connectors.  Prior to that, he led units of Invensys PLC, a $12 billion London-based controls and automation company.  During his ten years there, he served as VP/GM of Invensys Aerospace and president of the Rexnord Industrial Chain & Conveyor Components Group.  Mr. Spitler began his manufacturing career with Exxon Chemical.

Nizar Elias, CEO of Western Shield Acquisitions
Nizar Elias is currently the President of Barksdale Controls div. Crane Co. (NYSE:CR) with full P&L and functional responsibility for $100M global business with manufacturing operations in Los Angeles, California; Reichelsheim, Germany; and Suzhou, China. Barksdale is a manufacturer of Electro-Mechanical Instruments, Valves, and Controls focusing on industrial and motion controls in the Fluid Power, General Industry, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Petro-Chemical, Power Generation, and Marine sectors.

Prior to Barksdale, Mr. Elias was GM at Dynalco Controls in Fort-Lauderdale, FL and Houston, Texas; a manufacturer of Electronics, Diagnostic Systems and Electro-Mechanical Instruments and Controls for Reciprocating Compressors and Engines focusing on General Industry, Oil & Gas, Petro-Chemical, Power Generation, and Marine sectors.

He has also served as the GM at Knürr, a division of Emerson Network Power Los Angeles, CA.  It is a manufacturer of server rack enclosures focused on the IT, Electronic, Financial, and Industrial market sectors.  Mr. Elias has also served as VP of Strategy & Business Development at Bosch Rexroth, a multinational $280 million manufacturer of industrial automation products and engineered systems.

Wes Davis, Experienced CEO/Board Member
Wes Davis was the President/CEO of six technology companies; four multiple business units and two start-ups.  He was appointed an outside board member/advisor of eight companies.  Mr. Davis is experienced with raising funds, managing senior OEM relationships, mentoring and building strong management teams.  He positioned and sold four companies for $276 million.  By implementing new strategies, changing culture, and upgrading infrastructure to support rapid growth, he was able to lead companies to #1 marketing positions.

Previously, Mr. Davis was the President/CEO at Sionex Corporation, a company who focused on commercializing breakthrough chemical and biological sensors and systems.  He successfully leveraged over $6 million from the government to fund, support, and develop the complete detection product that was used by NASA to protect astronauts on the International Space Station.

Prior to joining Sionex Corporation, Mr. Davis was the President/CEO of multiple companies; Radiant Images, a start-up company that provides patented technology to the $1 billion microdisplay industry; MicroTouch Systems, a manufacturer of touchscreens with revenues of $160 million; Lasertron, Inc., a $35 million manufacturer of semi-conductor lasers geared towards OEMs who focused on the fiber optic communications market; Autographix, Inc., a leading software and systems integrator of presentation graphic systems; General Scanning, Inc., a $30 million component manufacturer that marketed optical scanner for laser based equipment and oscillographic recorder for medical instruments to OEMs worldwide.
